Frequently asked questions

How fast do orders ship?

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Typical delivery is 5–9 business days total with USPS or 5–7 with UPS inside the U.S.

I’m subject to drug testing. Can I take these?

Read the full Supplement Facts on each product page and check with your branch or agency policy before use. Service members can also use the Department of Defense’s Operation Supplement Safety resources. When in doubt, ask your medical officer or physician.

Does the pre-workout contain caffeine?

Yes. Check the label for the amount per serving, don’t combine it with other caffeine sources, and avoid it late in your shift if you need to sleep afterward.

Where are your products made?

In FDA-registered, GMP-certified manufacturing facilities in the United States.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Not yet. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
